How is the detection performed?
One of our specialists will get in your pool and spa and test under the cover plates, around pipes fittings, lights, jets, returns, tile line, skimmers, spillway, vacuum line, autofill, scan the whole structure as well as test the plumbing.
How long does a detection take?
A full detection of both pool and spa usually takes 2-3hrs.
Do I have to be home?
No you do not have to be home.
As long as we have access to your pool and equipment we can perform the detection and will call with our findings afterwards.
Do you perform repairs?
Yes. After the detection we will discuss with you your repair options and then the office will provide you with a repair proposal via text or email.
Is the repair included with the detection?
No. The repair cost is in addition to the detection.
If you don’t find a leak will there still be a charge?
Yes. Time and resources were used so you will still be charged for the full leak detection.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Our leak detections come with a 90 day warranty and our repairs, with the exception of 2-part epoxy, come with a 1yr warranty.
